Project Description:

Need an application at allows users to easily create and customize their Facebook Timeline and Profile photo.
The app would need to have a template/size for the Cover Photo and Profile photo, and allow users to insert the picture they want, then zoom in/out, and position left/right, up/down to make something creative between the cover photo and profile photo.

This will need to work on Window's XP and higher, also on Android and Iphone
