Presidential candidate of the Progressive Party of Maldives, PPM, Abdullah Yameen has said that President Dr. Mohamed Waheed is showing no concern regarding the appalling state of affairs of the Maldives.
PPM Presidential candidate Abdullah Yameen made this remark speaking to the supporters of PPM from Raa Atoll. The meeting was held in Male?.
Yameen said that the country is in a very shameful state and the President and the respective authorities show no concern to such students. He said that it is now certain that the institutions are very irresponsible.
Yameen also said that the institutions that are formed to carry out the constitution are not fulfilling their responsibilities. He said that courts of Maldives lack power.
In addition to this Yameen said that the candidates have not been limted. He said that the respective authorities should complete their investigation into some of the candidates who has been charged with corruption and other than that.
