The Fall 2012 Albuquerque Parade of Homes begins tomorrow, and it looks like it may be a stormy day here in Albuquerque, so what better way to spend the day than looking at some of the area?s most beautiful homes?

Albuquerque Parade of Homes Schedule

The Parade runs for two weekends from October 12-14, and October 19-21. The homes on the parade will be open for viewing from 11am to 5pm each day. This fall?s tour features 39 homes sprinkled throughout the Albuquerque Metro Area from Los Lunas to Placitas. The parade of homes has a nice mixture of custom homes by favorite local builders including Panorama, New Haven, Lee Michael, Rachel Matthews, Scott Patrick and Tiara Homes, to name a few.

The Parade is not just for home buyers with deeper than average pockets. In fact, there are 13 homes priced below $250,000 featured on the parade this fall from builders like DR Horton, Pulte, RayLee and Twilight homes.

My Pick of Houses for this Fall?s Parade

I won?t have time to see many homes on the parade because I will be sitting a home for one of my favorite Albuquerque Home Builders, Home Construction and Consulting Services, aka popular local home builder David Langham. David?s contribution to the fall home tour is a beautiful Southwestern Pueblo Style Home, located in the Los Duranes section of Albuquerque?s North Valley. I will, however, make time to go see the New Haven Homes entry at?275 Star Meadow Road Diamond Tail Ranch in Placitas, the Panorama Homes entry in North Albuquerque Acres at?10501 Modesto Avenue NE, and the Lee Michael Homes entry at?42 Horseshoe Loop Wild Horse Mesa in Placitas.

More About Albuquerque Custom Home Builder David Langham

David Langham began building homes in Santa Fe NM in 2000, and in 2001 won ?Best Outdoor Living Area? and ?Best Floorplan? in the 2001 Parade of Homes. Five years later he moved to Albuquerque and started?Home Construction and Consulting Services. David has won numerous awards in the Albuquerque area, including Best Bathroom and Bronze for Overall Construction in the 2007 Albuquerque Parade of Homes.
